The VideoGenie platform automatically sends emails to your contributors, when the following events take place:

• Approved Video
• Video Flagged
• Disapproved Video - Audio
• Disapproved Video - Content
• Disapproved Video - Lighting
• Disapproved Video - Other
• Submitted Video

You can modify any of these templates.  To do so, please follow the following steps:

1. Login to your Dashboard (dashboard.videogenie.com)
2. Press “Manage Campaigns” in the center of the dashboard, or press “My Campaigns” in the top right corner of the dashboard.
3. Click “Edit” for the desired campaign.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and find “Edit Email Templates” under the“Settings” heading.
5. Click on the email template you would like to edit.
6. Once you have finished modifying the chosen email template, click Save on the bottom of the page. The changes to your email templates will be saved and sent to the users.
