This can be done two different ways.

First, you can use Featured Videos.  These are up to 3 videos that you, the client, can select.  They will be shown ahead of any other videos (except if the sharing link is used -- see below), and is a good way to show off your favorite videos.  
  1. Click “My Videos” on the top navigation.
  2. Go to “Approved Videos.” Find the video you want featured. Click the “Show as Featured Video” box under the “This Video is Approved” heading

You can also use Sharing
  1. Click “My Videos” on the top navigation.
  2. Go to “Approved Videos.”
  3. In the “Share this Video” column, you’ll see several different sharing options for each video.  The “Get Link” option provides a URL that will load that *specific* video.
