1) Log into VideoGenie Dashboard. You will see three choices, Create a Campaign, Manage a Campaign and Pending Videos. You will click on “Manage a Campaign”. Once you are on the Manage a Campaign page, you will see all of the current and past campaigns you have run with VideoGenie.

2) Press on “Analytics Tab” in Top Right Corner of Dashboard: This will bring users to the Analytics page. On the top left corner it says Available Campaigns, which is where you decide which campaign you would like to receive the analytics for.

3) Choose Your Campaign: On the Analytics page, under the Available Campaigns heading, choose which campaign you would like to receive data for. It will initially be set to “All Campaigns.” Choose a specific campaign from the scrollbar if you want the data for a single campaign. You then need to choose between “Summary Metrics” and “Individual Metrics,” which will give you two different sets of data:

4) Summary Metrics- This provides the data for all the videos in a campaign.There are six main data points in Summary Metrics. The data is shown both in Table and Graph form. The table shows total numbers, and the graph shows daily data. The six data points in Summary Metrics are:
“Videos Viewed” - Number of videos that are viewed.
“Videos Shared” - Number of videos shared on social networks such as Twitter and Facebook.
“Videos Recorded” - Number of videos recorded by contributors.
“Referrals” - Number of people who came to the campaign via a social outlet such as Twitter and Facebook. For example, if someone clicked on a link their friend posted on their Facebook Wall.
“Average Videos Viewed Per Person” - The average number of videos viewers are watching
“Average Viewing Time Per Person” - How long people engage with the video content.

5) Individual Metrics- This provides data for individual videos within a campaign. There are five main data points within Individual Metrics. The main data points are:
Engagement- The number of people who have viewed the video and continued to watch the next video
Views- The number of times that an individual video is viewed
Like- How many people have liked the video on Facebook
Conversions- The number of people who watch the video who commit a major action such as purchasing your product
Referrals- number of people who came to a campaign through a social outlet such as Facebook or Twitter from that individual video.
