When submitting a problem to VideoGenie support, please include as much information as you can. You should submit all requests to support@videogenie.com. You should expect a response within 3 business days.

 

Specifically, please include:


1) The specific problem, and how often it occurs. Can you reproduce the problem every time? Even after restarting? Are you able to see it on a colleague/friend's system? If you tell us each step, we can then walk through it on our end, which helps us resolve the problem in a more efficient manner.


2) Your browser version and operating system. Note that while we try to support the widest range of software available, VideoGenie works best with modern, mainstream platforms. (You may find "What software do I need?" useful.)


3) Screenshots, or screencasts of the problem. This is extremely helpful when trying to diagnose and respond to a problem. (You can record screencasts here: http://screencast.com/).
